Think Siera (“Think Siera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital marketing, advertising, website, SEO, content creation, automation, and related professional services.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel their recurring services at any time by contacting us in writing.
Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Once a cancellation is received, no additional recurring charges will be made for future billing periods.
Any services, work, campaigns, content, or other deliverables already completed or substantially performed before the effective cancellation date remain payable and are not automatically refundable.
Refunds
Because our services involve time, resources, planning, management, advertising setup, creative production, optimization, and other work performed specifically for each client, payments for services already provided or work already performed are generally non-refundable.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged after cancellation, or have another billing concern, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.
Any refund approved by Think Siera will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, although the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
Advertising Spend
Payments made directly to advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, or other third-party advertising platforms, are separate from Think Siera’s service fees.
Think Siera does not guarantee refunds of advertising spend that has already been charged or spent by a third-party advertising platform. Any refund relating to third-party advertising spend is subject to that platform’s policies.
Website, Development & Custom Work
Payments for website development, design, custom development, automation, setup, or other project-based work are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before substantial work begins, Think Siera may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund after deducting any work, expenses, or third-party costs already incurred.
Disputed Charges
If you have a concern about a payment, we encourage you to contact Think Siera first so that we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not replace the contractual cancellation or refund process. Think Siera reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution when responding to a disputed transaction.
